Can I change the products of an order I have already placed?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to change, add, or remove items. In case your order has not been processed for shipping yet, we will be able to cancel your order free of charge so that you can place a new one containing all the desired items.
You can easily request the cancellation of your order here. Otherwise, please send your cancellation request along with your full name and order ID via email to our Customer Care Team.
I would like to cancel my order. How can I do that?
We understand that circumstances may change, but unfortunately, cancelling an order is not possible.
